Learning to Trade Takes Time

A friend of mine talked about how great it was trading bitcoin, so I tried it. The first time I did, I didn’t like it. I was confused by the interface and couldn’t understand how the price charts worked. My friend would use terms like HODL and it was like he was talking in some kind of foreign language. I bought some bitcoin and as soon as I did, the prices took a steep drop. Seeing the value go down like that put me off from trading for a while. I didn’t get back into it until my friend convinced me to come back.

I was told by my friend that I would have an easier time trading if I used a bitcoin app. The app was easier for me to understand because I could figure out what the charts were saying. In the time passed since I first bought bitcoin, the price had gone back up. I bought some more and this time the price rose. Continue reading “Learning to Trade Takes Time”

Shopping for a Car Lover

I have a friend who is a big car fan. He’s been into cars since he was a little kid. He would collect toy cars that looked like real life cars, and when he got a little older, he sold candy so he could pay for a subscription to a car magazine. He’s still subscribed to that magazine today. As a present for his birthday, I went to https://www.showplatesdirect.com/number-plates-maker/ to get a show plate for him. I figured that he could put the plate somewhere in his home with all of the other car related things that he has.

Even though I know what my friend likes, sometimes it’s a little hard to think of something to get for him. I’ve given him a lot of car related gifts in the past, but I think I’ve given him just about everything. From things related to cars, to actual parts to put in his cars, I’ve bought them all. Seeing My Sister Get the Wedding Experience

My sister was getting married to her boyfriend, who she had been dating for over 7 years. We were starting to think that they would never get married and would just stay a couple well into their old age, but they finally decided to tie the knot. She asked me where my wife and I got our wedding invitations from, and we told her that we went to https://www.brideandgroomdirect.co.uk/wedding-invitations, because they had a decent selection and even let anyone make their own. She liked the idea of having a custom wedding invitation that would have a piece of her and her husband in it.

As my sister was planning her wedding, my wife and I thought back to the days when we were planning our wedding. We were running around like two chickens with their heads cut off, trying to figure out just what to do for the wedding. We looked at all kinds of cakes and invitation designs and flower arrangements. I can’t even remember half of the names of the things that we looked at, but I’ll always remember how they looked until the end of time. I hope I never have to plan another wedding as long as I live. I don’t see how people do it for a living.

By the time my sister was done with her wedding, she was glad that she would never have to go through all of that again. Going forward, we should probably just convince anyone else that we know to just go for a more simplistic wedding. They can still send out invitations and get their cake, but they don’t have to put themselves in a lot of stress or spend a lot just to make a good wedding. It’s the experience and the memories that will make it good.

My Boss Throws Great Parties

I love my job. My boss is incredible and generous, and my work mates make the job so much fun for me. We have all kinds of team building events, and my boss always hires corporate event entertainment when we have any formal or casual shindig. I used to work for a company that thought allowing us to wear jeans one Friday a month was letting us show our wild side, so this job is a breath of fresh air. I really like it when we have some kind of party, whether it is for Christmas, a company picnic, or anything in between.

We have at least two a year, and sometimes three or four if we have performed exceptionally well. The great thing about these parties is that no two are ever alike. The boss plans them down to the last detail on his own, and he likes to keep us on our toes guessing what we are going to be treated to next. Having such a fun boss like this is such a blessing! The last party we had was because we exceeded the sales goals by double digits.

He threw together a catered meal, and then he put the main focus on the entertainment. He made sure it was a fun event too! There were singers and dancers, and each one was amazing. There were magicians who traveled throughout the venue, making sure that we all were treated to a magic trick or two. My favorite part was the string quartet that was brought in for the dinner music. It was just so elegant, and then they did a pop song out of the blue that just had all of us in awe. Is it any wonder that the turnover rate is extremely low for the company I work at?
